Is my logic board beyond repair?

Hi, I have an Imac Intel 2.4 ghz. We had a lightning storm and the power went out for a couple of seconds. Now my imac won't start. I did a bit reading on this site. None of the built-in diagnostic LEDs light up so I thought it could be the power supply. Ordered power supply off ebay and replaced it. No change in led lights so I tested PS in another computer and its functioning. I read a little more and decided to check logic board for bad capacitors or burnt fuses. Logic board looks fine so now I am at a stand still. Any advice or instruction would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
