How to fix seat?

I put my very back seat down to haul something and when I went to put it back up and pulled on handle the tension cable broke how can I fix this or even get the seat back up without having to go to a dealership?

These seats should have a "usually red coloured" handle behind the seat at the bottom as an alternate way of folding or returning the seat to it's desired position. If your seat doesn't have one, you will need to take it in to the dealer as you aren't able to repair the tension cable on your own.
