Why is my LCD screen not working after replacement?

I recently replaced my ipod touch 5th generation 32gb LCD Digitizer, but now it isn't working. The new one nor the old one isn't turning on properly. The backlight is on, but all the screen does is flash random white lines. I've tried hardresetting it, and resoldering the battery connection. I bought a 32-64gb digitizer, but I'm pretty sure i got a 16gb one because it doesnt have a slot for the rear camera on the backside of the screen. I'm not sure if that messed my logic board or something, but I'm not 100% sure because my old 32gb digitizer NOW has the same problems. iTunes recognizes it, and I can hear the dings whenever I plug in the charger.

I need a quick fix, or advice because I think my refund window is gone (I had to wait for a new home button to come in the mail, but it took very long).

If you need any more information please ask.

Please help. Thanks!
