First, this is not enough information. (If it doesn't crank, does anything else happen? Buzzer, radio, central locking????)
Second, if it doesn't crank, replace the battery in the key, or try the second key.
Third, does it have a dead battery? Do you have head lights?
Did you try to jump start it? Never jump start with the key in the ignition. Is this Keyless-Go? Never connect the jumper with the key in range of the car.
Look at the red end of the key through a iPhone camera. Press any button on the key and you should see a purple flash. That means the key is transmitting. No flash / the key is dead.
Has the key been wet? If so, it's dead.
This goes on & on. Not enough information to answer intelligently.
Most anti-theft systems are designed so they can't be bypassed. Otherwise they wouldn't work very well. ;-}

I am tired of seen mislead answers. Yes there is a way you can bypass the anti theft in almost every car. I did it in a Buick since the system was giving too much trouble. All you need to know is how many ohms goes to the wire attached to the anti theft module. Get a resistor with that ohm, and bridge it.
