Has anyone replace this systems logic board?

Has anyone replaced the logic board on this model?

Update

The Ethernet port and two of the USB ports quit working after a lightning strike.

This same strike took out a flat bed Epson scanner and my Motorola cable modem.

Other ports still work and since this ports are part of the logic board I was thinking changing it would return functionality as I would think the controllers for those ports would also be on the logic board.

I found a logic board on Mac of all trades for 379.00 and the iMac is at least worth that to me.
