blurry pixels on screen after replacing LCD digitizer

I have a IPhone 6 I am repairing currently. I replaced a cracked screen with no other visible defects. It was only 1 day old when my buddy's kid broke it. It has no water damage either. My problems lies in blurred pixels on the LCD after installing the new LCD. Has anyone had this issue before and how does one go about diagnosing the problem. Also, The screen worked fine for several days then it start with the blurred spots. Curious?

More than likely a poor quality replacement screen.

Get a replacement and you should be ok
