Is there any value in my broken screen?

Looking to sell my cracked macbook pro retina screen, which has been replaced following the ifixit guide. Just wondering if there's any value in this for someone else and a ballpark figure? Someone offered $20, and I don't want to get ripped off if they can turn around and sell it for parts for quite a lot more.

If it's helpful to see a picture, take a look at my story: https://www.ifixit.com/Story/14381/Macbo...!

Thanks for any tips!

I'm guessing you replaced the whole assembly? If so and you have the frame it could be worth more depending on the model. If it is the lcd itself then it's worth nothing.

Yes, it's the entire assembly, but crack is on the interior.

It depends on the condition of the frame and exact model but I'd say you can get a little more than that. It all depends if you want to sell it online and deal with the packaging and shipping or you want to get cash and be done :)

Broken screens like yours have little to no value. $20 seems about right or possibly even too much for a cracked display. Plus, even if they can turn the display around and make more, it will likely be offset by the amount of time it will take them to do so.
