hi i just want to know how to get the glass screen out of the display part to replace the glass and how to go about this i watched the video and i feel a little better going about changing it but it didn't show how to change the glass screen, could use a little help please

With this process it can take some time and some skill to build up. With the Moto X the LCD is a little thinner then most devices and there is a much high risk of breaking the LCD. This is also due to the fact the LCD is not held down by any adhesive on the back. It maybe cheaper to go about it but its better to just replace the LCD and Glass rather then just the glass. To get started you need a heat gun and a thin wire. Most use a Heat plate that heats up the glass and LCD evenly and run a very thin metal wire between the LCD and glass.
You can go to youtube and look up "How to replace glass on a Galaxy S3 with heat plate" this will give you a idea on how it is done.
