I've replaced my connector and it still will not charge the battery or power on. I have tried the troubleshooting procedures including trying to power it up minus the battery. Even with the 80w adapter it still does not come on.

If you've replaced the dc in board then the next logical step is the logic board. In my experience, those are the only things that keep it from starting up. Considering the age of the whole A1181 line, it could have died.
