Opening up Mac Mini and warranty question

I am considering replacing the HDD with an SSD.

Will I still have the Apple warranty, If I open up the Mac Mini?

I heard that without damaging something in the Mini, the warranty will be current.

Thank you in advance!

Not an easy answer here ;-(

If your system fails and they can link it to your changeout of the HD to SSD (damaged something in the process) they will likely charge you for the repair.

Thank you very much for your response! So, I assume that If everything is fine during the process, I will not have to worry about voiding the warranty. Of course, If my system fails (for instance the Mac Mini has RAM issues), and I would like to send it back to Apple to fix it, I will replace the SSD with the original hard drive. Could you please tell me, if i am right?

I can't speak for Apple. Which is why I said what I said.
