Engine sputters unless 1/3 choke engaged.
Engines sputters unless 1/3 choke engaged. When the choke is fully depressed (its normal driving position after initial warmup) the engine coughs a ans slows down quite a bit. With the blades running it barely remains running.
Changed fuel filter and plugs.
Air filter also thoroughly cleaned.
