SATA harddisks on old MacPro(motorola)

Am trying to change HDs on my motorola G5 but they seem to be stuck. Any idea how to get them loose ? Grateful for tips. Thank you

Options

There's a small black tab on the right hand side that holds the drives in place, push it up. Pull the lower drive out first.
