iPod disabled and no way to fix it!

I fell asleep with my iPod Touch 4g in my bed and I woke up and of course it was across the bed. When I went to it it said it was disabled for 23 million minutes!!! I know that there are other posts about this, but my iPod is a black sheep. It's a very special one, that has a bad battery so I can't plug it into a computer because USB doesn't have enough voltage. As soon as I unplug it from the wall outlet it turns off. That part isn't a problem, I just need to know how to get past the disabled screen. Please help! I have so much important things on that iPod!

Unfortunately, you have to use a computer to undisable it. I have the iPod touch 4 also and once it was disabled so i had to reset it using a laptop. When you reset it you lose everything unless you have recently connected your iPod to the laptop or computer. I would try going to the geek squad at best buy.
