Replace Wii U Gamepad Screen?

So I have a few questions on the Wii U gamepad screen?

1) How could I tell if I'm buying the right model screen for the gamepad (since I heard the wrong model can cause the screen to flip upside-down)?

2) Do I need to replace both the digitizer and LCD screen?

3) Is it cheaper to replace the screen myself of pay for the expired warranty to have Nintendo replace/fix it?

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

I had my GamePad's screen stop working through water damage, and I succesfully replaced it. I have never heard of buying the wrong model of screen, since mine worked fine. I suggest buying a digitizer with it, since the two are glued together. If you can (I didn't look too hard) you should buy a new bezel, since that's actually glued to the digitzer and it's a pain to take off, though it can be (and was) done. You'll also need Y1 and Y0 tri-wing screwdrivers, as well as #0 and #00 Philips ones. The digitizer and screen are about $20 from eBay. In all, even with my mess-ups from doing it the first time - be sure to put the cables the right way - the replacement only took about 45 minutes.
