Replaced both cpus and logic board, Error B LED still lit.

My PowerPC G5 dual quad core failed to boot, the diag leds indicated a failed cpu B.

I replaced both cpus, same error. I then replaced the Logic board and STILL have the same error. WTF? Suggestions?
