Can I still save my photos from a broken screen?

I dropped my iphone and the screen turned black. I knew it still worked because I received phone calls, texts and other stuff. I read online to press and hold the sleep/wake button and home button for 10-20 seconds. That did not work, instead it turned my phone off. Whenever I charged the iphone. it would vibrate every 7 seconds. I recently got my replacement phone but I really want my old photos back! Sadly, I did not back up any of my photos into iTunes or iCloud. Is there anyway I can get my photos back? or transfer them into my computer?

Without the screen it is not possible. If you don't want to buy a new screen for the phone, take it to a repair shop and ask them to put one on temporarily so that you can retrieve your data.
