I tried to change the charging port on my mac the other day, because it wasn't working. The plu-gin on my mac was partly burned off.
After changing my MagSafe on my mac, it only turns up a weak green light and the mac is clearly not charging.
Anyone experienced the same problem?

The Macbook has shorted something called 1 wire over voltage this needs to be troubleshot with schematics. However you may try one last try to see if the cable is snug firmly into it's clip sometimes when you put the board in you can actually pull it from it's connector leaving a small gap giving the circuit not enough power to complete.
