I have a black horizontal line crossing on my MacBook LCD.

Hi, i have a black horizontal line crossing my screen and i does not come in my screenshot. What is the problem with my unibody mac book ? Thanks

Black lines across the display tend to be a damaged LCD panel. Did you bang or sit something heavy on the system? That is the most common cause. Sadly its time for a new display assembly at this point if you can't live with it. You could try using an external display as a stop gap.
