comes on with sound and no picture

model pn51e7000ffxza 2013 it was on when i left home came back picture was froze. turned off back on no picture only sound. samsung

Judy Dogan, have you tried a different video input source i.e. DVD, Game console etc? Is the video out with all different sources?
