Just backlight on the LCD?

Hi.

Got an iPad 2 in for a repair. There seems to be just backlight on the iPad. The LCD have some sort of light but there is no picture.

What might be the problem and how should it be fixed? :)

Options

iPad 2s are notorious for the LCD connectors getting knocked loose. Try a hard reset first (home and Power button for 10 seconds). If no luck then power the iPad off ,open it up and make sure the LCD connector is secured to the logic board.
