Why am I unable to make the menu selections with menu button?

The menu button is known to stop functioning properly at times. If the menu options that you attempt to select are not being selected or the wrong options are being selected, then your menu button is malfunctioning.

Options

The menu button may not be centered. If this is the case, then all of the selections will have difficulty being selected. The menu button must be removed and reattached centered in order to correct this.
