Options

Won't start up, fan goes to high and won't shut down.

when power button is pushed fan starts up on high and stays on Display comes on but stays black. Battery needs to be removed to shut down. TY for any hints.

Cmos probably needs to be reset. Does it play the Mac startup sound after you press the power button?
