Why Won't My BLU Life 120 Phone Connect to Suddenlink WiFi?
Hi. My name is Sandra. I'm having a really weird problem with my Blu phone. I recently got WiFi thru Suddenlink. But for some reason my phone will not connect to this particular WiFi. It has an excellent signal, but is stuck on Obtaining IP address. Is there a setting I may have left off? When I first keyed in the WiFi password, it connected fine. But when I cut off my WiFi button on my phone then cut it back on later, it wouldn't connect. I don't understand what went wrong. I've tried powering down my phone, then turning it back up, but nothing happens. Please help!
