Run Games on USB Flash Memory (Un-Modded PS2 That Wont Read Discs)

Greetings. My PlayStation wont read any DVD/CD drive at all because its laser lens is just not working; therefore I'm looking to run my games on a USB 64 GB flash memory. I knew that I initially have to install McBoot or any modding program like that but I just can't because my PlayStation wont run any DVD/CD drives at all or maybe it's possible but I don't know how to do that with a PS that wont read any disc at all. Is it possible to install a program like that so that I can run my games on a 64 GB flash memory without using any CD/DVD discs in that process? I already have all the .ISO games, but I don't know how to run them on my PlayStation using a USB flash memory.
