Display not working correctly

I cracked my iPhone 6 screen and bought a replacement one. Once I fitted the screen I connect the four thermals the screen worked for a second then stopped. Now the new and old screen both don't display anything. It's can't be a long screw issue because I haven't screwed the plate over the terminals yet. Phone is recognised when connected to pc. Please help

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is there any way you could test both these screens on another iPhone 6? If they still don't work on that phone then you know it's the screens. But what I'm guessing part of the pins on the terminals to your logic board might have got bent. Look close at teach pin on the board where the cables connect and make sure it all looks correct.

Would there be a chance I have short circuited both screens?

Can you test the screen with the heat shield and home button?

Without either the home button or heat shield

I've seen iphone 5s (similar build on iphone 6) displays kill the board. I've only seen it twice but in both instances somehow the display ruined a ferrite bead to ground. Replaced from a parts board and fixed the problem. If you've got access to a microscope, have a look for any contacts or components that look burned then go from there. Good luck with it!
