Dead phone after housing change

Changed iphone 5 housing a few times without a problem. The last 3 i have done havnt worked out so great, they now wont power on. I have tried multiple screens and batteries, put the boards in working phones, tried working boards in the new housing and nothing works. My questions are has anyone else had the same problem or does anyone know any common faults with a housing change.

Are you grounding yourself? This could be a static issue. I would also look at these logic boards under a microscope and see if you're damaging any resistors.

Something like this on ebay is what we use in my shop, it grounds you & the mat you're working on. Very important when working on electronic devices.

when i repair or change any moile housing ,i always prefer to check my mobile power on/off , using only main board & lcd , whithout even power button , it mean i have to power on mobile using Alternative power point as shown in my own solution pic , it helps so much to know if there is any trouble with the power button flex cable , or with the housing itself , use the shown pic to apply the solution
