How can I fix Boot Device Not found?
Hard drive tests wouldnt run. HP Stream 14 Windows 8.1

hi,
most of the time this is caused due to a bad hard disk.
Try with a other hard dsik or try to boot up with a recover disk ( or live dvd).
If you have some warranty, you can go back to the store to claim the warranty
