Print but will not scan.
Will print, but not scan. When I press the scan button, the green power light flashes and a red light flashes right at bottom right of the button choices. Went on line and reinstalled. Checked connections. Any ideas?
Update
installed twice still does not work. When I push SCAN the bar tries to moved but goes back
