Although I concur with Robert's suggestion, where exactly are the lens located and if cleaning them doesn't work, where exactly can you buy them?

When that happens, it is likely an issue with the laser being unable to properly read the disc, either due to a damaged laser, dust collecting on it, or the laser is not calibrated to the tray. To fix this, follow these steps, that work for me:

1)Turn off the Xbox 360S, with NO discs inside

2)Turn it on by pressing eject

3)With NO disc inside, push the tray shut forcefully enough that you make the tray begin to resist your movement; Not hard enough to force the tray off it's runners

4)turn off the xbox, and reboot it.

5)Put your disc in.

6)If it works, great! If it doesn't try the process again. If this process fails after about 5 times, go to step 7

7) The problem may be that dust has collected on the laser. If so, try the above process, but with the machine positioned the other way (horizontal/vertical). If the problem persists move on.

8)If all of the other options fail, the laser may be damaged. You can:

-Send it to Microsoft ~$100-$150

-Send it to a local repair shop (varies)

-Do it yourself (cheapest)
