I saw some pictures showing the capacitor on main board is the issue.
Is it true?
My printer tries to print alignment page and the error pops up while doing reset procedure.

Have you done cleanings and such? I found this on the HP website for that error code-https://support.hp.com/ee-en/document/c0....
Not the same printer but some of the info should be relevant. I've had a similar issue in another HP, and it was solved by cleaninshould print heads resolved it. Hope that helps.
