iPhone 5S Water damage. New screen does not light up

I purchased an iPhone 5S that not working for water damage. It is recognized by iTunes, but restoring crashes before finishing

I replaced the screen, but this does not light.

I needs help urgent.

Options

If it fails restore you need to use the iTunes code to get an idea of what part of restore it fails. Most of the time I see baseband failures..
