MacBook doesn't boot (remains completely dead) after replacing logic b

I replaced the logicboard of my macbook pro 13" mid 2009. It worked perfectly before in another machine. Macbook doesn't turn on anymore, does nothing after finishing the job according to the ifixit manual. Can anybody help?

Does the magsafe port work? What does it do?

Possibly a loose cable connecting the mother / logic board to the computer. I would take out the mother board and put it back in, this time watching the cables making sure they don't come off again.

If you dont have a green light, did you plug the power board into the logic board? you may have missed that, alternatively clean the ports with alcohol which may help. Next, try an SMC reset by pressing shift, control, alt and the power button at the same time, then release the keys - does the magsafe change colours? now try to boot.
