Can it be fixed?

My sister took my phone threw it at the dresser and hit the corner. Now there is large lines in my screen (a few minutes ago they were purple and green but now are black and red) and a certain area is now more broken than the rest. My phone was cracked well before this happened and the top right and left corners had some of the screen missing. If I get my phone screen replaced will it still show the lines & will it be fixed? Or do i need to get the LCD (the thing under the glass screen and projects the light under the glass screen i think that's what it is called?) replaced as well...?

Screen replacement should sort it out.

Sounds like the actual LCD has cracked.

Or, if it's white lines going down the screen, the the digitiser cable/assembly is damaged.

Either way, new screen should get you back to normal.
