You mean your computer does not access any programs? Have you tried safeboot options? What OS are you using? Did you install any new hardware or any recent software changes?
Yes it does not open any programs, MS outlook, MS word or excel files, even any internet browser does not open up. M using windows 8 and no changes in software and hardware i have made. what should i do?
