That's odd, because if you removed just the screen assembly from the phone, then even if you caused some damage in there with the connector, you couldn't in my opinion break all 3 mics and speakers:
-Ear speaker in the screen, used by Aunty to hear Girlfriend, may be installed improperly or damaged; ear speaker is mounted onto the front camera flat cable assembly;
-Front mic also included in the same flat cable assembly, lets Girlfriend hear Aunty when Aunty is using the loudspeaker;
-Bottom mic built into the charging dock assembly, plugs into the board at the bottom next to the battery, lets Girlfriend hear Aunty when Aunty is talking normally (not using the loudspeaker).
You can have a couple of issues here, or just one:
- Test the front cam and the proxy sensor, if they are acting out, you probably damaged the front cam assembly or installed it improperly, or damaged the connector on the board. If the board connector is clean and not damaged (use your microscope), and reseating doesn't solve it, you'll need to install a new front assembly.
- If Aunty can be heard placing a normal call but cannot be heard using the loud speaker option, your only culprit is the front cam assembly or its connector on the board.
- IF Aunty CANNOT be heard when placing a normal call without loudspeaker option, there are other things you'll need to figure out such as clogged bottom mic; damaged charging dock assembly or connector; damaged board sound circuit due to the drop; damaged top "sound regulating" mic next to the back cam..
So make sure about this particular point.
