I was cleaning the lap and forgot to plug the charger out and the screwdriver connected 1 with 2 and i saw a little spark

Sounds like you shorted out your motherboard. You should never leave your computer powered on while working on the internal components. You've basically bricked the device.
Either you can replace the Laptop itself, or see if you can replace your motherboard (which is neither a pretty, nor elegant solution). Those are your only two options.
