My screen is wet

My phone felt into the sea and i immediately picked it up and quickly spray it all over wit a CRC after removing the battery. Later on I wash it wit fresh wather to make sure seawater has no contact with the phone. I then put my phone into a bowl of uncook rice to dry. The next morning i start my phone and is working. However the screen inside is still wet and when i charge it using its own charger, the phone doesnt seem to be charging.

Could you guyz give some idea.
