Why my phone get blanked

Whenever I answered my regular call it's got blanked I even can't do anything with my phone no display just nothing shows but if I answered the Internet callings it's working it shows screens properly I even can use some functions n all but if I'm using headphones n then I'm answering the regular calls so it's working but not without headphones will you be please help me out regarding this ''' ==
