Flashing solid colors on screen

I had just got my iPhone4 about 3 months ago and today all of a sudden the screen started flashing solid green and blue colors and then it just shut off and won't turn back on does anyone know what is wrong and how I can get it to fixed ? Please help asap

More than likely it needs a new LCD. :-)
