Why is my phone not turning on?

I dropped my phone recently. There is no damage to the outside of the phone. However, the phone does not turn on when I press the power button. I tried to reset the phone by taking the battery off and mounting it back on, but this did not solve the problem. Any thoughts about what the problem might be?

Hi Mounir,

Sorry to hear about your phone. It's possible that your power button could be sticking. I would try checking to see if there was anything causing it around the button. Also check out this great troubleshooting page for other possibilities.
