I speak the signal stop working

I have the same problem, i lost this blue coil and i made a jumper by solder the two spots. I have signal now but sometimes when i speak the signal stop working and i can not hear the voice. What is the problem? Maybe the connection between the spots is not strong enough. Any idea?
