USB Charger for Samsung Galaxy Note ii not working

Ive bought the usb charger port replacement kit from here but after Ive replaced the old ones the charger port did not work. Ive checked the repair guide, tried to reinstall it a few times and still no charging. Now Im back with my old loose charging port (reinstalled the old port, it does charge the phone tho..)
