Screen has a weird colored when its turned on

the screen has a weird color when its turned on and everything is disfigured like its disoriented, what is wrong with it? And how might this have happened?

I had a similar problem. If you go into settings/accessibility is the negative colours tab highlighted? Mine was and when I turned it off everything went back to normal. Hope this helps :)
