wifi antenna won't stay plugged in/ attached to mother daughter

I have changed iPad 2 wifi antenna before, but this one will not stay plugged onto the daughter board. After I pop the board back in and continue it pops off. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated. I checked it with the board out and the antenna above the frame, and the connection SEEMS firm enough.

Thank you very much. You were right. These parts have to be so small they can only be so strong. I appreciate you. Unfortunately, now I'm back to the reason I changed the antenna in the first place. The iPad only stays connected while I am very near to the router. Oh, well... Thanks, again. Peace!

The grip might have flexed (sometimes quite not noticeable). Push around the connector outer grip with a nylon stick or any wooden stick gently. Once you find it quite closer to the middle connector, you are okay to use. This will keep it stay firmer. You may like to use magnifier to see what you are missing with your naked eyes. I know you gonna figure out quickly. It happened to me few times and the solution was right there.

If that didn't fix, you would like to get a replacement Antenna.
