It just happened to me today, it was working normal. Then i refilled, and i tried turning it back on, and it just wouldnt turn on..im teying to figure out what is wrong, i just bought it a mont ago, 31 days to be exact...

Mine will show power light on but heating light off and no heat please help!!
I'm having the same issue with 2 of my steamer. Did you figure out how to fix it or did customer service reach out to you?
