stuck while opening app, now it doesnt start anymore

hey everyone,

i have an apple iphone 5 16 gb here and it was stuck while opening an app. after that it freezed. the divice shutted down and now it wont start. itunes doesn't recognize the device and it won't charge..

does anyone have a clue? replace mainboard? i think it's strange it dont get recognized in itunes or i can't charge the device

Options

1,try another usb "orginal" cable

2,clean or change usb port

3,need good battery more than 50% power

4,use new version itunes. connect device dfu mode and restore

Now the iphone is from a friend, now she says that she will sell the iphone without fixing..

If she dont sell the phone i will try to fix it.
