cant get wifi to turn on?

my wifi ,bluetooth, and radio all wont turn on after i dropped my phone
. can it be fixed?

Seems like the WiFi Antenna assembly is malfunctioning. You may simply get a new one a replace that. The link for you iPhone Antenna part is this.
