Use your system installation disk and reformat the drive. Then re-install your system.

right, that's the safest way to get rid of some crappy malware/virii. but i suggest that you use a good free antivir software like avast

Try to open the system in safe mode..
if the os is opened install the updated antivirus and scan the system..
if the os is not opened please take os cd and repair the os..
