Where can I get a sim eject lever for the 5S

looks like i might need a sim eject lever for a 5S iphone -

ifixit has nice guide of how to change it but need the part!

these parts look very similar for listing for the 5s/4s/3s models on ebay - the only seller of a listed 5s part was from the UK!

anyone know if these are the same or different?

bought a used 5s on ebay (seems like everything sold on ebay is defective for iphones....) and the sim card won't eject - pin inserted in the eject hole goes in 5mm and hits something solid - no lever!
