Hey, tellioglufurkan98 sometimes the battery might be faulty, there have been numerous situations like this but iFixit batteries are, for the most part, not faulty. Here is the return policy for iFixit. You also have the option to contact iFixit for more information. Purchase a new battery. There will always be a return policy (for a certain time period).
